Why there is no consent banner

PECR requires consent only for non-essential storage or access to your device. Because Dwellmark uses no non-essential cookies, pixels or similar technologies, no consent banner is required. The only cookie is strictly necessary for the administration area, which falls within the statutory exception and is never set for site visitors. This notice will be updated if that ever changes.
