What Dwellmark is
Dwellmark (dwellmark.co.uk) is an information platform about UK property. It publishes editorial guides, reference data, calculators, and a directory of property professionals. It is not a regulated financial, legal or tax adviser, and nothing on the site is personal advice.
Using the site

Content accuracy
We verify editorial content against primary sources and date our figures. If you find an error, please use our corrections process.
The directory
Directory listings carry status labels defined in the Professional Directory Terms. A listing is never an endorsement of a professional’s competence, and we do not verify the quality of work of any listed professional.
